Celia Rogers
Celia loves literary fiction, historical fiction, fantasy, science fiction, and romance, but particularly gravitates towards stories rooted in a strong sense of place (think anything from Eleanor Catton to Sarah Waters or Annie Proulx). She has a special place in her heart for anything gothic, witchy, or western.
Celia is a coordinator within WME’s International Rights Department, helping to find WME’s amazing books homes in other language markets.
In the international space, she’s worked with many clients across WME, including Julia Phillips, Quentin Tarantino, Curtis Sittenfeld, Jean Korelitz, and Tom Clancy. Celia is passionate about the exchange of books between cultures, and is interested in writers and narratives that originate outside of the English language.
For works originating in languages other than English, please include a translation sample of at least 10 pages and a synopsis in English.
