Sian-Ashleigh hails from the suburbs of New York and goes by her full first name.

Sian-Ashleigh is a literary agent at WME. Representing authors across adult and YA, her clients are tastemakers, experts, and world builders. She’s drawn to books that lean into the power of the personal to create something universally resonant. In non-fiction, that looks like anything from undeniable memoir and qualified self-help to guided explorations of subculture. In fiction, she’s looking for atmospheric commercial and literary romps that aren’t afraid to take a ‘what if’ and run with it. Proudly Caribbean-American and an avid consumer of tv-in-translation, she’s especially drawn to stories that highlight marginalized cultures and communities (but only when it isn’t used as a crutch).
