Cody Siler

Cody likes to read accessible literary fiction, thrillers, elevated romance, and crime and suspense – anything with a sense of humor, a distinctive voice, and a vivid setting. For nonfiction, he wants to see writing that explores timely issues from a relevant and unique vantage point. Cody reads in both Spanish and English and is interested in representing projects originating in languages other than English.

Cody is a coordinator in the International Rights department, working with publishers around the world to help WME’s authors reach new audiences in translation. He’s worked with WME clients including Terry Hayes, John Berendt, Nnedi Okorafor, Jonathan Ames, Lincoln Michel, Mary Roach, and the Estates of Isaac Asimov, Daniel Keyes, Robert Ludlum, Tom Clancy, and James Crumley.

For works originating in languages other than Spanish or English, please include a translation sample of at least 10 pages and a synopsis in English.
